This was my 17th vehicle purchase in my lifetime. I'm accustomed to sending the sales person back and forth to the floor managers, like it's some kind of 'dance' to get the numbers right. Juan come right out to the table once we picked a vehicle and shows us how he can take an extra $2600 off of the already good USAA car buying service savings of close to $3000. By all of my calculations and research, there were no further discounts available. Usually this would have taken at least 4 more trips for Juan and the sales managers. Nope. Quick and to the point. They want to earn your business. Also, our trade was a good value here as well. This was the most relaxed car buying experience I've ever had. Again, this was car purchase number 17 for me. It was so good I came back 3 days later and bought car number 18. Go see Juan Martinez! Veteran, humble, approachable, and honest.
