  • Horrible service

    If you can avoid buying from this company DO IT!!! Once they sold us the car they feel like their job is done. I have had the worst experience trying to get someone on the phone even. The young lady that took care of our car told a little fib to her manager and said that my husband did not treat her with respect. This was not the truth!!! Again, run very far away. If I could give no stars on this I would.

    Purchase a car today with salesman Mario Lopez and I must say it was a great experience. When I arrive at the dealership Mario greeted me and provided excellent customer service. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 3 hrs with my vehicle. Ivan in finance was awesome as well,I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable car at a reasonable price.

  • Great sales representative but finance guy was horrible

    If I could give the sales representative five stars I would. Mr. Carlos Pérez was my sales rep and he went above and beyond to ensure that i had a great purchase experience. He was professional, knowledgeable and thorough in answering all of my questions. Five stars for him….however, The reason for the two stars is because things went south when I got to finance. Mr. Chen was arrogant, rude and unprofessional to say the least. He made me feel like he didn’t care to earn my business. The finance manager had to come in to seal the deal and basically do what Mr. Chen didn’t want to do. If you can avoid Mr. Chen, then do so for you to have a better overall experience.

  • Oil change

    Marily was the the service writer and she was great. I had a 7:30 a.m. appointment. The oil changes in the past have typically taken 1-1.5 hours. This time it was 2 hours which is a long time for an oil change considering I had an early appointment, other than that all was good. I wish there were new cars in the showroom to look at because I am looking to purchase another 4Runner or Truck. I guess like all auto manufacturers are still having problems getting new autos.

    not very pleased service took much longer than expected but I think Justin did his best and gave me a break on the bill it was the 24th time I had this car serviced at autonation and the first time that I was unhappy with the experience hope this doesn't happen again

    I had an appointment for oil change and quotes on two items they took care my oil and give me the pricing on the items I need to fix very happy with the service.

    I made a 12 month appointment to get my Camry under warranty for oil change. I told them to change oil & replace cabin filter as the two years free service includes. I wait 1.5 hours then they called me & said it’s ready. I signed the alleged paperwork. But I opened the hood I noticed the oil was dirty! I had to scream at them to put it back to change the oil. They refused to change the cabin filter. They are ripping off both customers & Gulf states Toyota I no longer trust them.

    Auto Nation Toyota on Gulf Freeway works hard to keep customer satisfaction. I often get my vehicle serviced there and they always do a great job. My vehicle is always ready within the given timeframe, and they even clean my vehicle before returning it to me. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who needs their vehicle serviced.
