onMy visit on 9-18-23. Was significantly better than past visit. The greeters did what they are paid to do. They Greet !! My wait time for the Service Advisor was a little long, but when she came to check me in Ms.Keshia Clark was professional and friendly. She listened to me explain my problems with my AC that I was having. The Service Technician was very polite and he also listened to he could get a better understanding of the problem I was having. He said he was somewhat familiar with my issue but told me he would have to check it out. I had good communication with the service advisor and technician throughout the entire process. I would have given a five if it had not been for the wait time.
