onDropped off truck at 0745 hours for oil change and loose window seal. Got dropped off with shuttle at work. Called service at 1400hrs, veh still on review. Got dropped back off at toyota and was told that they could not find fault on window seal. I was not notify regarding window seal. I walked up to serv advisor and asked me to show the fault. I walked up to the truck and lifted the loose window seal. I asked to wait again. And at 1528 hrs, i received txt msg stating that the vehicle is complete, but the seal is in back order. No biggie, but hope next time the advisor needs to communicate more. If I didn't show up, not sure when they would be done with my truck.
