Car buying nightmare!! Illegal car sale!!!
by saddreams on 01/29/2010I was sold aa 2002 Cheverolet Impala that appered immaculatye. They battery wasnt holding a charge on the lot so I insisted it be replaced and get it the next morning. Well soon I learned battery hadn't been replaced because the check… engine ab, and brake light would come on. Learned that the fuel gage also didn't work, thermostat was bad, cataletic converter was bad, oxygen sensor and appera like the computer may be having issues. I for got to add brake pedal would shake upon brakking. Tinting on back windshield was hazy from age as welll as headlights were so scarred that I almost landed in adich from so poor of lighting I coluldnt see a turn until almost too late. Car was a deathtrap. I finally resaerch car laws and learned that it was an illegal car sale. You can not sell a car in the state of Texas that can not pass inspection. I almost had to pulll their teeth out to get my money back!!! To think this was sold at a dealership!!!A WORST DEALERSHIP
by river1986 on 05/30/2009This is the WORST SERVICE I have never seen before. The salemen were so rude and lied. Actually they used tricky ways to make me sign the contract. I feel like not be free to choose vehicles by my own, My saleman was Samuel Guerrero. He… tried to get me around and i took about 5 hours to look at 2 vehicles. I felt like uncomfortable the way this guy ( Samuel Guerrero) acted, then I tried to get out of the office. Next day I came back, he gave me the cold shoulder at first without a saying "hello". No one come to talk to me, I knew they tried to ignore me because I left yesterday. A young lady come to talk to me without a welcoming attitude. She showed me a bad vehicle but its worth $9210 and has really bad service. I did not think that deserved my money.I tried to get out of the dealer and NEVER COME BACK AGAIN,Dont trust these [violative content deleted]
by tech09 on 04/16/2009This is the worse dealer i have ever dealt with. First they lied to get me about having a certain auto in stock. Said they have 3 units. They had none when i got there,(next day). They offered to find one from another dealer and we agreed.… They would not discount off the normal price other than rebate , that was ok i guess. But then they broke a part durring the vehicle prepping. Since i lived many miles away they agreed to pay my home town dealer to repair what they broke. My dealer tried to get paid by these [violative content deleted] and they refused to pay. They stated they would repay me directly. They did not. They will not answer calls from us or GM customer care. I will never deal with them or GM again. I am done with both of them. Oh they are very friendly until you purchase. They will sucker you in and then after that forget it.Its like they don`t know you.Internet Sales Manager
by mpg3 on 07/02/2008I requested information over the internet and Kizito A. provided that information. He was very helpful, friendly, and accomodating. I would recommend you contact Kizito if you are looking for a Mitsubishi.Never TRUST These People
by cnmurp78 on 01/06/2008I should of listen to the first comment that was written about this dealership. I found a car on their website and emailed to inquire about it. Champion called me back the next day. I was told it was currently available and was at… their location. I explained to the sales lady, Denise, that I lived out of town and it would take me 2.5 hrs to get there. She assured me that it was fine and I was on my way. Upon arrival, I noticed the slew of salesman waiting for customers. I couldn't get out of my car without being attacked by them. Huh, I hate that! Once inside I was told Denise was at lunch. Weird, I thought considering it was now 2:45pm. After I was passed from different salesman, I was told the CAR SOLD at 12:00pm. "Sorry", he said, "We can't hold cars for people". Needless to say I am angry! I will never bring my business to any of the Champion dealerships again. Oh, the ringer, I found the exact car online that night at another dealership. I spoke with the owner and he said he bought the car at Champion at 12:00pm. He said Champion was liquidating their inventory. Errrrr! These people are dishonest and very unprofessional. Too many dealerships to have a hassle like this one!My tale of deception...
by blahblahblah1 on 11/17/2007I just got home from signing the paperwork for my used car purchase and I totally feel like I was taken advantage of. These people will tell you anything to get you into a car and then turn it all around when you go to sign the paperwork.… They told me the car I bought was still under the manufacturer's warranty - NOT TRUE. They told me what my interest rate would be - NOT TRUE. They knew what I had to put down and told me that would be just fine - NOT TRUE. They told me my payments would be at one price, even had me sign an estimate saying so - about an hour before they jacked it up 50 more bucks a month. Unfortunately for me, by that point they had put me in a position where I either had to accept what they told me or walk home. I only hope that my experience will save someone else the hassle - and trust me, if you go there, it WILL be a hassle. They are very unorganized, which my salesman himself even kept complaining about. You will be there for DAYS if you start dealing with them. Do not believe what they tell you, and if they say they will work around your limits and if they give you a price, don't believe them. The salespeople, particularly RON MOORE will tell you whatever they have to in order to get you into the finance manager's office, where you will then be completely screwed over.Amazing
by wsullivan1 on 03/17/2014updated 05/10/2025My sales experience was amazing! Chad helped me out without making me feel pressured. Excellent customer service
by ang16 on 07/24/2013updated 05/10/2025My husband and I had a great experience at Autonation. When we arrived we were greeted with David A. our salesperson. We planned on looking at the new Chevy Equinox only. We informed David that we really weren't planning to buy a new car,… just to look. David was very nice and patient and he took us to several SUVs in our preference. He was never pushy or arrogant, which is a characteristic you don't find in many salespersons. After test driving a new Equinox we fell in love with it. My husband and I thought, there is no way they can get a brand new SUV cheap enough to fit in our budget, but we can try. David never pressured us to buy the new SUV, but after running a few numbers he was able to get it down to our price range. Plus they gave us a fantastic trade in value for my 2005 Toyota Solara. Overall we had a wonderful experience while shopping for our new car. David was excellent and provided us great customer care.Hello and thank you for this feedback. Customer service is our top priority so we're glad you are satisfied. We hope to see you again when you're in the market for another vehicle.

by drfan on 09/19/2012updated 05/10/20259/18/2012. We needed a little farm work truck. My wife found a used 2004 Ford F150 on Champion Chevy web (Stock 4KD70241, VIN: 1FTRW12W74KD70241) advertised at $9499. Called them at 12:15 pm (877-811-5479), talked to Diana to confirm… availability. We gave her VIN, description & price. She affirmed the truck & requested us to make an appointment. We took 12:45 pm as she offered. My wife is on crutches & with a dental appointment at 2:30 pm same day; so she asked Diana to please have vehicle ready with easy access to minimize walking & time. We went for our appointment & were at about half a block from dealership at 12:46 pm, called Diana to update our location. She said OK. We arrived within 1 min; the truck was nowhere to be seen and Diana was not on site. Another salesman offered help. He could not find the truck with the description I gave him: White F150 at a $10,000 range. That person was unfriendly. My wife was waiting in the car because it was a long walk in to their office. I had to go back & forth 3 times to check truck description with my wife to give to that man. Finally, my wife walked the distance & up the steps on crutches to the office, trying to help finding that trucksince she had found that truck on Edmunds. He was rather insulting to both of us. He finally found that truck on screen but now listing at $13,991 from $9,499 only 35 min ago when we called. We knew at that time we were dealing with foul people. We left. On the way out, we did see that white truck tucked far away in the back from the business lot. We called to complain. A lady (Patricia) said that they dont treat customers like that and she would fix the issue and call us back. Never a call. For having my dealership in Miami FL back in the early 80s, I found such price fudging practice extremely disgusting.New car
by Antonio1999 on 02/21/2014updated 05/10/2025I recently purchased my new vehicle from autonation Chevrolet off the gulf freeway and the beltway. I have been in the customer service industry for a long time and I am definitely not new to purchasing vehicles. I have to be quite honest… when I say that the service was exquisite. My sAles person Saul P. was very understanding of my situation and was even able to relate some insight from his own life which you don't see much in dealerships these days. I am glad that from start to end everyone was very kind and down to earth. I felt really welcome at your lot and I just wanted to thank you guys for not only providing my family and I with an amazing car but also giving me a great experience. You've put personality back in your salesmanship and we are very thankful.Great Service

by gilbertg2 on 04/05/2013updated 05/10/2025AutoNation Chevrolet is one of the best Chevy stores I've been to in a very long time. Every department was great at their job. I travel a lot for work and they were very accommodating to my situation. I bought a van without the cd player… and they installed one in for me for free with no additional charges. Which. Was great for my pocket. And even though I called only the day before they still were happy to install it for me.Excellent Customer Service all the way!!
