Made me feel very comfortable in making my decision first he let me pick the car I really like with no pressure at all went to go get the key… and took me for a test drive came back negotiate the price and payments I never felt hassled or felt pressure from him and I can tell you one thing he will not waste your time and give you a good price right an there I been buying my vehicles from every little dealer in tow but from now on I will buy my vehicles from a big company like Autonation who strikes for the best customer service.Awesome dealership

The dealership went above and beyond to get us approved for this car that we desperately needed. We went on… a Saturday and were there all morning long, and although most banks were closed they still went out of their way to make sure that we got a great rate on our new vehicle. Mean time Yomara the operator made sure my wife got lunch. She knew we'd been there all morning so she gave her something to eat from the dealership. Our salesman Von took great care of us also. The staff was very helpful overall and I was very satisfied with my vehicle.Silverado 1500

by daniel109 on 03/05/2014updated 05/10/2025I have had great experiences with these guys in the past... but this last time was a nightmare.. I had an impala that kept getting air in the cooling system so I would have to purge it once a week.. finally I decided to take it in for… repairs. my first mistake was taking it out of warranty to the dealership.. they "fixed" it and returned the car to me. I made it to work my first day having my car back after 8 days of them having it for 4.5 hours of work... on my way home my car overheated again... now I take it back.. i was told that they would give me a loaner the next day before i had to work, so i walked 1.75 hours up to them and they straight told me that they didn't have a loaner to give to me for my inconvenience... you got to be kidding me... so i walk all the way back home... they have it for another 5 or 6 days and didn't return my calls.. so finally I called after the weekend and they "didn't know how I wanted to proceed" I told them I wanted to proceed by fixing it... after about 3 weeks total with no calls back to let me know anything, I finally went to another dealership and traded it in on another used car... I couldn't take it anymore... this place needs to get it together... my father in law knows more about cars than these "certified" mechanics... stay far, far away... even their supervisors were idiotic... thanks for reading. have a prodigious day!Hi Daniel, while we wish your experience at AutoNation Chevrolet Gulf Freeway had been more positive, we thank you for sharing your honest comments.
