AutoNation Chevrolet Gulf Freeway
Dealership Sales Review
I should of listen to the first comment that was written about this dealership. I found a car on their website and emailed to inquire about it. Champion called me back the next day. I was told it was currently available and was at their location. I explained to the sales lady, Denise, that I lived out of town and it would take me 2.5 hrs to get there. She assured me that it was fine and I was on my way. Upon arrival, I noticed the slew of salesman waiting for customers. I couldn't get out of my car without being attacked by them. Huh, I hate that! Once inside I was told Denise was at lunch. Weird, I thought considering it was now 2:45pm. After I was passed from different salesman, I was told the CAR SOLD at 12:00pm. "Sorry", he said, "We can't hold cars for people". Needless to say I am angry! I will never bring my business to any of the Champion dealerships again. Oh, the ringer, I found the exact car online that night at another dealership. I spoke with the owner and he said he bought the car at Champion at 12:00pm. He said Champion was liquidating their inventory. Errrrr! These people are dishonest and very unprofessional. Too many dealerships to have a hassle like this one!
