AutoNation Chevrolet Gulf Freeway
Dealership Sales Review
I just got home from signing the paperwork for my used car purchase and I totally feel like I was taken advantage of. These people will tell you anything to get you into a car and then turn it all around when you go to sign the paperwork. They told me the car I bought was still under the manufacturer's warranty - NOT TRUE. They told me what my interest rate would be - NOT TRUE. They knew what I had to put down and told me that would be just fine - NOT TRUE. They told me my payments would be at one price, even had me sign an estimate saying so - about an hour before they jacked it up 50 more bucks a month. Unfortunately for me, by that point they had put me in a position where I either had to accept what they told me or walk home. I only hope that my experience will save someone else the hassle - and trust me, if you go there, it WILL be a hassle. They are very unorganized, which my salesman himself even kept complaining about. You will be there for DAYS if you start dealing with them. Do not believe what they tell you, and if they say they will work around your limits and if they give you a price, don't believe them. The salespeople, particularly RON MOORE will tell you whatever they have to in order to get you into the finance manager's office, where you will then be completely screwed over.
