  • Great service, long wait!

    I scheduled an oil change at 10 am on a Tuesday. I indicated I would be waiting for my vehicle. Upon arrival, I was informed it would be 3.5-4 hours! What? Why even have appointments? I was offered an Uber, but didn’t really want that option. I’d suggest to BMW—those who indicate at the point of scheduling service that they will be waiting on site, should be worked in the rotation with that in mind. Other than that, excellent service with Kevin and the techs, as always!!

    They help you the minute you drive up to service. I was very satisfied with my advisor Elias Perez, he led me through every process of my vehicle. I also got a quote with no pressure from him. I knew I could not get everything taken care of without my warranty that covered my service needed. I also was qualified for a Sunbit Loan that took care of the two back tires needed. Thank you for also the nice complimentary tote bag with the gifts inside. I was very happy to receive an umbrella, cap, and a nice thermal mug. Very pleased!!

    I needed a new tire ASAP and no one had it in stock. I was afraid to drive home from work. I called Advantage, said I could be there in 10 minutes and they fit me in as soon as I arrived. They were very friendly and professional. I usually get annoyed when I go for one thing and the service department tries to say I need additional repairs. However, I appreciated the video that was texted to me, showing everything covered in the inspection. That was pretty impressive. I get my BMW serviced at dealerships and have never received a video breaking down an inspection. Finally, when the Alto driver decided not to show up and had me standing on the corner waiting about 25 minutes (completely unacceptable), I called my service person (Mr. Ivanov), and he promptly called an Uber. I was very satisfied with the service I received at Advantage BMW.

    BMW Midtown was having a oil change special weekend promotion and my Beamer was due for some other maintenance services too! Mr. Mendoza who is bilingual was able to communicate clearly what my car needed and what could wait. He had my cat washed and personalized a gift bag for me from BMW! All services were completed in leas than day! He was professional and very friendly!

  • 4+ hours for an oil change

    To be fair this was the service special day. However, I cannot fathom how it takes more than a couple of hours to perform this simple task. I arrived about 10:30a and was told that it would be the end of the day, Sadly, my advisor was not proactive. He offered me Uber but then said my home was too far. He should have offered a a rental car as an option. The complete lack of concern for customers time was to me astounding. They should prioritize those waiting without use of an Uber or rental. I will not be returning to this location.

    I visited Advantage BMW Midtown because I was in Houston for business and needed my BMW serviced. This was the first time I have ever visited this service department. The service department was more than accommodating for my transportation needs. I needed to attend a meeting at a specific time, and not be late. Delon Bobb worked diligently to arrange for transportation but there was complications outside of his or the service departments control. Delon Bobb took the time to use critical thinking skills to help me get to my meeting, on time! To me, this type of service and out of the box thinking, means the world to me. I will be visiting Advantage BMW Midtown in the future for my service or parts needs. Simply put, they were amazing, professional, and trustworthy in my eyes. Thank you Advantage BMW Midtown.
