Great service, long wait!

onI scheduled an oil change at 10 am on a Tuesday. I indicated I would be waiting for my vehicle. Upon arrival, I was informed it would be 3.5-4 hours! What? Why even have appointments? I was offered an Uber, but didn’t really want that option. I’d suggest to BMW—those who indicate at the point of scheduling service that they will be waiting on site, should be worked in the rotation with that in mind. Other than that, excellent service with Kevin and the techs, as always!!
