    I brought my X1 BMW in for an oil change. Their service dept did an great job in checking you in, communicating during my service and upon my exit. They provided transportation to and from the dealership through an Uber. I would highly recommend using this dealership for any of your BMW needs.

    Advantage BMW ran an oil change special, $19.99. It took 4-5 hrs, but I expected that due to the special. My Service Advisor was Johnnathon Mendoza, he had me set up very quickly and arranged a ride back to my home. Car was sparkling clean when I picked it up.

    I initially brought my car in for a recall computer software update. They did an A/C check and it was determined I needed a new compressor. I agreed to have the work done; it was supposed to take 2-3 days to be complete. It was completed by close of day. I was told I can pick my car up on the next at 7am. I asked the service agent to provide me with a picture of my old compressor. He said, we can’t provide it has been thrown away. My response was so you send me picture of when your doing the inspection report, you take pictures when I bring my car in, but you take a picture of the work that is supposed to be performed. Sales agent Stan says unfortunate you have to request that . I didn’t request pictures be taken of my car when it’s dropped off, I don’t have to request pictures of the car being inspected but I have to request a picture of a my old part and pictures of it being completed? He said they clean every night when they close so he is sure the trash has been emptied but if he finds it he will put it in my trunk. So, how will I know that the worked I paid for was done? How do I know that I have a new compressor? Horrible Horrible Horrible

  • Failed to fix a defective safety feature on a car still under warranty

    My front end collision sensors do not trigger an alert for impact as I drive up to an obstacle. Took it into the dealer for repair. A day later they gave me the car back and told me they adjusted the settings and it was all good. Came home and pulled up to the wall at the back of my garage and the alert still does not work. They also could not fix a connectivity problem with carplay. So they had my car for a full day and all I got was a car wash. Inexcusable. I guess they're waiting for the car to go out of warranty so they can charge me. Thanks Advantage!

    Had a flat tire for the time since purchasing my vehicle. It was my first experience with run flat tires. I called the service department and was told I could safely drive my truck to them as long as I was within 50 miles of their dealership. They were close to closing so they offered me a ride home and delivered my vehicle to me the next morning. Excellent service!!

    I brought my car in for a mandatory safety recall. BMW reached out to me to set up an appointment to have the recall concern fixed. They told me it would take 4 hours. When I get there at 9AM they said my front two tires are in dangerous shape and need replacing for $1,300 even though I have gotten regular check ups and have not been told this. After going back and forth decide to replace the two tires. I receive no call all day so I call BMW to see when my car will be ready. I am told closing at 5pm. I show up at 5pm only to be told none of the recall issues were taken care of. I would need to leave my car there for multiple days to complete those issues. But of course they made sure to get me the new $1,300 tires and realignment. I felt so swindled. Now I was being told the recall issues were not major safety issues and it is fine if they are not fixed. I feel like I was forced to bring in my car for recall issues only so they could sell me on something else. At no point during the day from 9AM to 5PM did they call me to tell me the recall issues couldn’t be taken care of which was the entire reason I left my car there on a Saturday. This was an appointment I made ahead of time so they knew exactly why I’d be there. I know they did not call me because they didn’t want me to cancel the tire replacement. It felt unethical and like I was taken advantage of. I’m also 37 weeks pregnant and one of the recall issues is for a safety issue pertaining to car seats for babies/kids. Very upset by the whole experience.

    I liked that I was able to handle most of my purchase online. I was able to complete my credit application and attach the vehicle I was interested in from the comfort of my home. The following day my salesman had the vehicle ready for purchase. My trade was evaluated quickly and fairly making the entire sales process smooth and easy.

    My service advisor Eduardo is the best. He always pays attention to every service needs in regards to my car. He also makes service visits very pleasant and is always very accommodating and responsive to all my questions and concerns.     The service folks have incorporated lots of computer tablet and sensor data into the process, so don’t overlook things. As was picking up car, had a non-service question that they answered; nice full service experience…. If absolute low cost not an issue, friendly and competent and timely experience. Had a recall, so best choice for annual items as well.
