Friendly but slow
by Moe Z on 08/08/2022Staff are friendly when you drop the car and pick it up but in between they drop the ball. Slow to respond or don’t respond and keep you hanging. I asked for my car appraisal but they never did. Too expensive for the simple service they… provided but I guess it’s inflation.Thank you for the compliment. We pride ourselves on being the most courteous and friendly Mercedes Dealer in central TX. We are sorry the ball was dropped regarding your requested appraisal. Car wheel service
by Manku on 08/04/2022My appointment is at 11:30 and they bring my car in for 1:00 for service which is the time I have to pickup . It’s my first time in location very poor service and after that for compensation they gave me $10 off which even doesn’t worth my… time.We are sorry that you did not get the usual red carpet treatment that most of our customers enjoy. We apparently failed to communicate properly with you during your appointment. Appointments are for a time to meet with a service advisor and discuss the needs of the car. We cannot commit to a specific time that the car will be looked at by a technician, because we do not know exactly how long the repair in process ahead of yours will take to properly complete. Your situation was an unfortunate under-communication event and we will improve as a result of your feedback here. We hope you will give us another try in the future, as we generally have VERY happy clients. We would like to make you one of them. Dan Warren Service Manager

Quick and Friendly Service

I did not have to wait around for 6 hours. When I picked up my car it felt like it was a… brand New car.Thank you Sook for your kind words! We look forward to your business with us again!
Long wait …. But worth the wait
by VS on 08/02/2022Service was satisfactory. Was able to use the waiting lounge to get caught up on my work. It did take a few hours though for the auxiliary battery to be replaced . Rep assigned to me was busy when I got there at 10:17am for my 10:30am… appointment. I had to wait on the floor with car till 10:44am for someone to take the car from me. The longest period of time I had to wait to handover the car. But I do understand that the rep assigned to me was busy with another customer.Thank you for your understanding during your recent visit. We always strive to give our customers the best experience possible. We appreciate you being our customer and look forward to seeing you again.
Mercedes Sprinter Service is The Best

Not much catchy about auto service
by icepick on 07/30/2022Efficient check in. Nice, new dealership facilities. Not much communication between sales and service it seems. I had contacted them about a trade-in, but no one ever got back to me while the vehicle was already there to assess. I've… tried three times to buy vehicles at GT and have never managed to do so. Bought at other dealers - Boerne twice, San Antonio. But same owners for all three, so it is puzzling. Anyway, GT is the closest service dept and they are very goo, thankfully.I search for you in our system and could not find you. Thank you for the kind words about our dealership.
