Long wait …. But worth the wait

Service was satisfactory. Was able to use the waiting lounge to get caught up on my work. It did take a few hours though for the auxiliary battery to be replaced . Rep assigned to me was busy when I got there at 10:17am for my 10:30am appointment. I had to wait on the floor with car till 10:44am for someone to take the car from me. The longest period of time I had to wait to handover the car. But I do understand that the rep assigned to me was busy with another customer.
