onMy appointment is at 11:30 and they bring my car in for 1:00 for service which is the time I have to pickup . It’s my first time in location very poor service and after that for compensation they gave me $10 off which even doesn’t worth my time.

We are sorry that you did not get the usual red carpet treatment that most of our customers enjoy.
We apparently failed to communicate properly with you during your appointment. Appointments are for a time to meet with a service advisor and discuss the needs of the car. We cannot commit to a specific time that the car will be looked at by a technician, because we do not know exactly how long the repair in process ahead of yours will take to properly complete. Your situation was an unfortunate under-communication event and we will improve as a result of your feedback here.
We hope you will give us another try in the future, as we generally have VERY happy clients. We would like to make you one of them.
