Friendly but slow

onStaff are friendly when you drop the car and pick it up but in between they drop the ball. Slow to respond or don’t respond and keep you hanging. I asked for my car appraisal but they never did. Too expensive for the simple service they provided but I guess it’s inflation.

Thank you for the compliment. We pride ourselves on being the most courteous and friendly Mercedes Dealer in central TX. We are sorry the ball was dropped regarding your requested appraisal. This is going to be the topic of my next process improvement staff meeting. Regarding the cost, please rest assured that our prices are competitive since we have a “price match” policy.
