by Fayquelyn on 11/25/2023The customer service was great! However, I was definitely blown away with Darwin Vincent mannerism and hospitality. He walked by to get a water and asked if I wanted one. He picked up the water and gave it to me. Darwin came back later and… stated that he had a car he would like for me to test drive. That was absolutely awesome! I am now considering wanting to possibly purchase or should I say consider looking into a Mercedes at the dealership! This by far has been the best customer service experience I have had with anyone!! Please keep an amazing staff like this Darwin! He understood the mission!! It is much appreciated!! Excellent sales experience

They took the time to show us several cars and we found the car we eventually bought. Went back couple of days later to complete the… purchase. We used our own bank financing. The service throughout the process was excellent and we are very happy we bought at this dealershipIt's wonderful that despite arriving close to closing time, the manager and salesperson at Mercedes-Benz of Georgetown took the time to assist you and show you various cars. My vehicle was brought in for an overheating issue sand I was told on day four it’s ready. Upon arrival I was greeted by my… advisor and was told vehicle would be here in “ five minutes”, after 10-15 minutes I approached the advisor again and she told me they’re trying to get it by moving around a few vehicles; 45 minutes later I was told my vehicle is not ready and I’ll be getting a loaner.Needed Service on a Tight Time Frame

Richey, my service representative, was able to get my car in, get it diagnosed and fixed quickly. I was very stressed because I had to… have my car back before we moved. Richey moved mountains to get my car serviced!It's fantastic to hear that Richey, your service representative, went above and beyond to help you get your GLS 450 diagnosed and fixed quickly, especially when you were on a tight schedule due to an impending move. Service advisors who can address your concerns efficiently can greatly help during stressful times. Dropped the ball on delivery

Lack of communication was frustrating
