by Jim Adams on 10/02/2019I returned to Randall Reed's Prestige Ford when my 2015 F150 Lariat hit 85k miles... it was time to consider a trade-in. I was in and out of the dealership in less than two hours, driving my brand new 2019 F150 Lariat 4x4 home! I will… NEVER go to another dealership for a new car.FORDDIRECT

by Naomi Smith on 06/29/2019We have shopped at this location for years, we have referred family and friends who have also made purchases We have never had a problem, the relationship we have with this dealership is like family, we are recognized and greeted by many… when we walk in. We absolutely love our salesman Joe Ritmo, all we have to do is let him know we have the new car itch, and we are ready to buy, and he has options waiting for us when we arrive. Thank you Randall Reed, thank you Joe (we love you) and thank you Ford for being the best!!!Great Experience

by Edmunds on 03/20/2019updated 03/28/2019I truly appreciate Mr. Tony from sales department he reached out to make sure I did not have additional concerns and to make sure I understood all features in my new car.Happy customer
by Jimmie_M on 01/12/2018We bought a 2013 Fusion from this dealership. I felt that we got a fair deal. After a couple of days, we realized that there was a problem with Sync that would not allow us to make phone calls by voice command. Since it was a used car with… no warranty, i wasn't sure that Prestige would repair it. Prestige repaired the car for us at no cost to us. That is what I feel is taking care of your customers and I appreciate it. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a used car.rip off

by YvetteHardin on 05/17/2017I was searching for a specific car. After falling flat at another dealership that would not work with me in any way shape or form, I went back online and found one at Prestige Ford. I put in the request online and within minutes I had an… email from Ian. Ian and I spoke briefly about my needs and specifications and he immediately went to work for me. We ran into a small hiccup but that still not did not this dealership from working diligently. Omar then got involved and between the two, without hours, made me a deal that I could not refuse and they went head on with any issues and got my deal exactly where I needed it to be. Everything from A - Z has been nothing but smooth and completely hassle free. There is not one thing that I have needed from Ian and Omar that they have not immediately jumped on and tackled for me. I look forward to purchasing another vehicle here with these gentleman. Thank you both very much for everything and I look forward to years of good service on me new car!1996 Ford Mustand GT
by severett on 06/25/2009I bought a car from Randal Reed's Prestige Ford for my son's 16th Birthday. Left it at the dealer for about 7 days before taking possestion of it since it was surprise for my son's birthday. The day we picked it up, that evening I looked… down and the odometer and it was still sitting on the same mileage it was on when I picked it up. I realized that this established dealership had sold me a car without giving a waiver form notifying me that the odometer was broke. There is no telling how many miles it had on it because it stuck at 84,905. It smoked so bad after it warmed up it probaby had 200,000 miles on it. They told us they didn't know about the odometer and refunded our money. My son was heartbroke since it was given to him as surprise. They would do nothing as far a repairing the car. The only option was to refund our money, or pour transmission fluid in crank case to see if that would fix the smoking exhaust problem. We ended up just getting our money back. The car was then placed back on the internet for sale by the dealership as a "low mileage" vehicle. I then turned them into TxDOT. Buyer beware when buying used cars from this dealership.truck experience
by latinatrucker on 06/11/2013updated 05/27/2025very knowledgeable, and professional and courteous...very respectful of me being a female who was capable of making a purchasing decision.Curteous, Quick and Complete
by carview1 on 06/25/2011updated 05/27/2025The Salesman was the first to respond to my request for an Internet price. It was in-line with others. He was quick to communicate with me on-line, answered all questions, and did not call me while I was making decisions. I wanted to deal… on the Internet, not phone, thus the Internet request. He honored that. The car was exactly as represented, and I bought that day. They ran me through processing quickly and I drove the car away, with a full tank of gas! I received follow-up requesting service opion from the manager. Then, later I received inquiry about opting in for a service that was already paid for but we were not ready to subscribe too immediately - nice follow-up! I am very satisfied.Dear Carview1, Thank you for sharing your positive experience. I'm glad we could help you with your new vehicle. Please let us know if we can be of any additional assistance, down the road!
Excellent experience.
by Beanee on 06/06/2013updated 05/27/2025I was looking for a specific Ford Focus Titanium and found one at Prestige Ford. I gave my information on their website for a quote and was answered quickly by Bob G. He confirmed that the vehicle was in stock and we set an appointment for… later that day. When I arrived he had my Focus right out in front of the dealership and ready to go! He explained many of the vehicle features during our walkaround and test drive so I was sold already. We had a huge discount because of the online price so there were no games or surprises. He came back with pricing information which was exactly as discussed and showed us our payment options which we accepted. Our next stop was finance to sign all of the papers and everything was like he said, except we added an extended warranty so the payments went up a little but that was our choice. By the time we got out the car was all cleaned and full of gas ready to go out front. When we're ready to trade I'll definitely go back there and hope to find Bob again as well. It was the easiest buying experience I've ever had!Randall Reed's Prestige Ford is AWESOME!
by NancyBJoy on 08/25/2013updated 05/27/2025My husband and I and my father and sister have been buying vehicles from Prestige Ford (and Greg L. particularly) for years. They never let us down. When my truck broke down one evening, Greg offered to pick me up -- then waited at the… dealership for me and put me in a brand new vehicle the same night! Awesome! And he knows what I like -- he always has the perfect vehicle already picked for me in advance!!Don't believe their lies
by wes38 on 04/28/2011updated 05/27/2025I was lured in by a letter from Randall Reed's Prestige Ford offering me almost $17,000 for my 3 year old vehicle. It said that Randall Reed's Prestige Ford needed to increase its inventory of quality used vehicles, and they would make me… an offer regardless of whether or not I wanted to buy a vehicle from Randall Reed's Prestige Ford - AND - if I came in for an appraisal, I would get a $25 gas certificate (which is a lie). So I went in, figuring worst case scenario, I would let them make me an offer and if I didn't like it, I would get a $25 gas certificate for my time. They showed me some vehicles and we talked money, but we couldn't reach a deal, so I thanked the salesman and asked for my gas certificate, and he gave me some tri-fold pamphlet on how to request a gas certificate, which instructs you fill out a form, then send it registered mail to an address then wait 4-8 weeks for a certificate, fill it out and attach a gas receipt, then send it in and wait another 4-8 weeks for reimbursement. But wait, there's more! You are only allowed to submit one reimbursement and it has a maximum of $10. So if you get $50 in gas and try to get your $25 reimbursement, they will only send you $10. And that's AFTER you've paid to send them forms via registered mail. When Randall Reed's Prestige Ford scammed me on a $25 gas certificate, it made me thank my lucky stars that I didn't trust them to sell me a car!Best Car Buying Experience Ever... by pkp653 on 06/15/2013updated 05/27/2025I just finished helping my mother-n-law find and purchase a new 2013 Ford Taurus. Initially, she did not want to go shopping by herself because of fear of getting taken advantage of at the car dealership. However, once we arrived at the… dealership we worked with a very nice fellow named Joe. He really made my mother-n-law feel at ease and they had a really good connection. He gave her a very fair price and did not pull any shady moves throughout the process. Thank you Joe you are the best. I would definately recommend to anyone looking for a new Ford Truck, Car, SUV to go see Joe at Randall Reed's Prestige Ford in Garland Texas. by ingramone on 11/03/2011updated 05/27/2025When searching Edmunds for used cars, I saw an advertisement for a 2001 Audi TT coupe that I was very interested in. I sent the contact sheet in, and received a reply from Monty Melton. I responded that I would be in that evening, as soon… as I got off of work to look at and possibly purchase the vehicle. By the time my wife and I made it from our jobs in Fort Worth over to the dealership in Garland (a trip of over 40 miles) it was 7 P M, and the dealership was a ghost town. The lady behind the desk in the new car showroom attempted to call Mr Melton, but he had already left for the day. She managed to find Joe Ritmo to help us. Mr Ritmo dug up the paperwork from my contacts with Mr Melton, and came up to tell me that he was not able to get the keys, as the person who kept custody of them had left for the day, but he was more than happy to let me take a look at the exterior. He then went to get a vehicle so that we could drive back to where the car was parked. When he eventually returned (20-30 minutes later), he said that he had not been able to find the car, but would drive me around the lot to look for it, just in case he had missed it. We drove the entire lot. Both sides of the front and the back, around the detailing building, over to the fleet area, and around the back of the buildings of the fleet side. After we had been around the entire property, Mr Ritmo dropped my wife and I off at the front of the New Car. He stated that he would be in the next morning by nine, would speak to Mr Melton, and track down the vehicle, then call me. The only options that he could think of that might explain the disappearance were: (1) it was in service for something, (2)it was taken to auction, "but that was not likely since cars are taken Wednesday morning", or (3) a salesperson had demoed it home, contrary to company policy. The next morning (today), when I got into the office, I sent an email to Mr Melton stated what had occurred the previous evening, and that I was still interested in the car, to please let me know what was going on. When I had not gotten a response by 11:15, I went to the website and used the chat feature to see if I could get one of the internet sales people (Mr Melton and Mr Ritmo are both internet sales) to find the status. The lady who I chatted with said that she spoke to Mr Melton, and he would find out, and call me "very soon". The call from Mr Melton came at 1:30 P M. He stated that the car had been sent to auction, but that they had called to have it brought back, and it should be back on the lot between 5:30 and 6:00, but that he would call me to confirm. That call never came in. My major issue is that I contacted the dealership early on Tuesday expressing interest. Instead letting me know that the vehicle was scheduled to go to auction, or letting whoever takes them to auction know that it needed to stay on the lot, no appropriate action was taken. The fact that none of the sales people seemed to have any clue what was going on, especially since it was the first of the month, and it had been very slow. I was allowed to drive almost 100 miles (round trip) to look at a vehicle that was no longer available for sale. Very sloppy, and very poor customer service. I will never do business with Randall Reed Prestige Ford, and will be sure to let everyone that I know how I was treated.First of all, I want to thank you for sharing your experience. When consumers take the time to let us know of an issue, we can then address it and make corrections. I am sorry to read of your frustration in your search to find a quality pre-owned vehicle. We strive to make the buying experience hassle-free. We have systems in place to avoid such issues, but there can be glitches and we apologize if that was the case. We will be looking into this further. If we can do anything in the future to assist you, please do let us know. We would like the opportunity to show you how great our team really is.

by texascarbuyer on 05/24/2014updated 05/27/2025Randall Reed Ford is [non-permissible content removed] I have ever dealt with. The sales guy made promises to me and then flat out blew me off. They made my wife wait for over 4 hours to talk to some ripoff finance guy who wanted to charge… her double the finance rate we had already found. They are flat out rude .
