Randall Reed's Planet Ford

I was looking for a specific Ford Focus Titanium and found one at Prestige Ford. I gave my information on their website for a quote and was answered quickly by Bob G. He confirmed that the vehicle was in stock and we set an appointment for later that day. When I arrived he had my Focus right out in front of the dealership and ready to go! He explained many of the vehicle features during our walkaround and test drive so I was sold already. We had a huge discount because of the online price so there were no games or surprises. He came back with pricing information which was exactly as discussed and showed us our payment options which we accepted. Our next stop was finance to sign all of the papers and everything was like he said, except we added an extended warranty so the payments went up a little but that was our choice. By the time we got out the car was all cleaned and full of gas ready to go out front. When we're ready to trade I'll definitely go back there and hope to find Bob again as well. It was the easiest buying experience I've ever had!
