I was searching for a specific car. After falling flat at another dealership that would not work with me in any way shape or form, I went back online and found one at Prestige Ford. I put in the request online and within minutes I had an email from Ian. Ian and I spoke briefly about my needs and specifications and he immediately went to work for me. We ran into a small hiccup but that still not did not this dealership from working diligently. Omar then got involved and between the two, without hours, made me a deal that I could not refuse and they went head on with any issues and got my deal exactly where I needed it to be. Everything from A - Z has been nothing but smooth and completely hassle free. There is not one thing that I have needed from Ian and Omar that they have not immediately jumped on and tackled for me. I look forward to purchasing another vehicle here with these gentleman. Thank you both very much for everything and I look forward to years of good service on me new car!
