I just finished helping my mother-n-law find and purchase a new 2013 Ford Taurus. Initially, she did not want to go shopping by herself because of fear of getting taken advantage of at the car dealership. However, once we arrived at the dealership we worked with a very nice fellow named Joe. He really made my mother-n-law feel at ease and they had a really good connection.
