George walked us through the entire car buying process from… test driving to official car keys hand over. He followed up with us to make sure all our questions were answered. Recent VW Atlas Purchase
by Guy in the Atlas on 10/24/2022Recently was in the market to purchase a VW Atlas. After shopping around at multiple dealerships in the area, I finally settled on doing business with Hendrick VW. The major difference and selling point? Robert Fabian. Robert cold called me… back after an inquiry and left an authentic message, and was polite and down to earth, not pushy or aggressive with his approach. I did call back and ended up speaking to another sales person at the dealership - just due to circumstances and not purposefully - and that was NOT a good experience. HOWEVER - Robert and his Director Kevin took steps to support me, rectify my experience, and ultimately win my business. I'm more than happy with my experience with Robert, Kevin, and Hendrick overall. A more than five star experience

He was also attentive and kind regarding my concerns as the Jetta I purchased had a sizeable scratch. Paul was able to work fixing… the scratch into the deal and she shines good as new now. We got there about 7pm (they close at 9) and we were out the door by 10:30pm in our new car. Robert was excellent to work with despite him having to stay… late for us. We even chit chatted about life events… he was in no rush even though it was after 9pm! He had the car I called about washed and ready out front when my husband and I pulled up. He didn’t try to up sell us in any type of way either! Very personable gentleman. Patrick assisted us when it was time to sign documents and wow… just wow! I would make the hour and a half drive back to Frisco just to do business with him again! He’s got great taste in music too :). Nonetheless, hands down the best car buying experience my husband and I have ever had! Haggle and hassle free 100%! Looking for a new car is usually stressful for me because I am always wondering if the car I'm looking at is the right one. When I get sold on one car I see another car that… looks better and I become undecided and want to quit! This time around I knew I wanted a used hatchback for work. I searched and searched and finally came across one. I called the Hendrick dealership where it was located and minutes later I was given a call from Robert who set up an appointment for me to come see the car. From the moment I stepped into Hendricks Volkswagen Frisco, I knew I was at the right place. Robert showed me all the features of the car, leaving no detail out. He was not pushy to sell the car and wanted me to feel comfortable with what I was buying. I wanted my husband to look at the car and Robert took the time to actually drive me out to my Husband's job for him to see the car! What dedication he has in making his customers happy with what they are buying. He had a great personality and was easy to talk to. I would recommend working with Robert if you visit Hendricks Volkswagen Frisco in the future! Joe was the initial sales person that was helping us look for a vehicle and he was awesome. We missed him on Saturday so Paul helped us as… well! Paul was an amazing salesman, he made us feel comfortable and didn’t rush us even though we didn’t make it in until later in the evening. Great Sales experience!

No high pressure sales, very knowledgable about the car and was able to negotiate with me to reach where I felt happy with the… results. He has been great about follow up after the sale as well. I absolutely love the car! I want to take a minute to single out Josh in service. I got a nail in my tire on the way home and I took it over to the dealership i bought my other VW Tiguan at and they told me that they could fill it up with air but that I needed to take it to Hendrick. It was 4:30 and took me 35 minutes to get there, but they got it fixed in no time and were absolutely fantastic on their customer service skills. So much so that even though its a 35 minute trip out to Frisco I will be taking it there when it needs something.
