Hendrick Volkswagen Frisco

I knew before I went that if I was able to negotiate a fair deal that it was going to be a go. Paul was great. No high pressure sales, very knowledgable about the car and was able to negotiate with me to reach where I felt happy with the results. He has been great about follow up after the sale as well. I absolutely love the car! I want to take a minute to single out Josh in service. I got a nail in my tire on the way home and I took it over to the dealership i bought my other VW Tiguan at and they told me that they could fill it up with air but that I needed to take it to Hendrick. It was 4:30 and took me 35 minutes to get there, but they got it fixed in no time and were absolutely fantastic on their customer service skills. So much so that even though its a 35 minute trip out to Frisco I will be taking it there when it needs something. I won't be going to Park Cities again.
