At Hendricks Volkswagen Frisco, Robert is the one to work with! Looking for a new car is usually stressful for me because I am always wondering if the car I'm looking at is the right one. When I get sold on one car I see another car that looks better and I become undecided and want to quit! This time around I knew I wanted a used hatchback for work. I searched and searched and finally came across one. I called the Hendrick dealership where it was located and minutes later I was given a call from Robert who set up an appointment for me to come see the car. From the moment I stepped into Hendricks Volkswagen Frisco, I knew I was at the right place. Robert showed me all the features of the car, leaving no detail out. He was not pushy to sell the car and wanted me to feel comfortable with what I was buying. I wanted my husband to look at the car and Robert took the time to actually drive me out to my Husband's job for him to see the car! What dedication he has in making his customers happy with what they are buying. He had a great personality and was easy to talk to. I would recommend working with Robert if you visit Hendricks Volkswagen Frisco in the future! My husband and I both drive Volkswagen's and if we need another one, I will definitely return to Hendricks and tell others about them too!!
