Hendrick Volkswagen Frisco

Recently was in the market to purchase a VW Atlas. After shopping around at multiple dealerships in the area, I finally settled on doing business with Hendrick VW. The major difference and selling point? Robert Fabian. Robert cold called me back after an inquiry and left an authentic message, and was polite and down to earth, not pushy or aggressive with his approach. I did call back and ended up speaking to another sales person at the dealership - just due to circumstances and not purposefully - and that was NOT a good experience. HOWEVER - Robert and his Director Kevin took steps to support me, rectify my experience, and ultimately win my business. I'm more than happy with my experience with Robert, Kevin, and Hendrick overall. I certainly plan to do business with them again in the future.
