    Overall the service on my truck was good and the advisor gets a 5 star. However, your service acceptance of me and my vehicle at the dealership needs a lot of improvement. First, all I received when I arrived was a person pointing to where I should park then that person disappeared, No one to greet me or ask about why I was visiting or direct to my service advisor. Next I walk in and there is no order to or direction to find my service advisor and it really appears that none of them even notice I am there or want to take the time to ask if I need help or to try and get me to my service advisor, so I just have to wait until someone appears to be free and able to help me. Not one service advisor ever looked up to see if anyone waiting in the area needed help. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING! I suggest the leadership at this Ford Service Dept. go observe and take notes from the Frisco, TX Honda dealership next door to see how it is done the right way. This isn't a one-off experience - this is how it usually goes when I arrive at this service center. Now that I work from home I will most likely use a different Ford dealership for service.

    Friendly service...simple oil change. They DID forget to top off wiper fluid and had to go back but they made it right by fixing that and topping off gas as well. They SHOULD wash vehicle after service.

  • Disappointing at best

    Poor experience. 2nd time taking my truck for the same issue. Oil leak in the turbo. How does that happen twice if it wasn’t replaced the first time? It doesn’t. The process was an inordinate was of my time AND it also cost me taxes and fees on a rental car. I also got word that I needed further repairs for $1800. No thanks.

    Salesman did a very nice job. I have purchased alot of cars and this one was for my 18 year old son. The only thing I didn't like was the add ons to the Internet price. ALl dealers are doing this and it's a waste.

    I brought my 2001 F-150 in for a loss of oil problem. Fred handled the matter extremely thoroughly and courterous. I have been trading with this Ford dealership since July, 2000. This was my first encounter with Fred and am most impressed with his knowledge and options explanations. Thank you for having such an outstanding employee.

    Autonation was amazing. I rarely leave reviews unless I want other people to benefit from what I learned. But these guys were great. They worked and worked for my business. I worked specifically with Nick. He was amazing. I would request him if you shop at the Autonation in Frisco, TX. They helped find me exactly what we were looking for and really worked with me on prices. Great attitude, never pushy, friendly, honest, trustworthy salesman and staff. I'd shop here again.

    Jothan Zeck made the appointment easy and with no complications of setting it up I asked for and alignment and they checked and informed me that it wasn’t necessary and didn’t charge For the check . I’m very well please see with the service(s) that I receive and the price is comparable to other places

    Overall, my experience was great. Pricing and trade could have been better. I do not like having to haggle. I get everyone has to earn a buck but removing doubts , providing transparency brings loyalty. My sales and finance guys were friendly and took the time to answer my many questions.

    We have purchased 2 vehicles from AutoNation Frisco. We couldn't be more pleased with their service center. Keeping up with our vehicles is priority. The customer is outstanding. They are honest. I don't feel they inflate their prices either. If our cars need any service we always take it to AutoNation Frisco.

  • Waiting for too long time.

    Drop off my car for regular service, been told estimated waiting time is 90 mins. Wait for two hours in the waiting area, then I stand next to the service entrance for about another 15 mins, walk to the counter then they said there are couple problems with my car, seems like they knows very early but didn’t look for me or even call me for the couple problems. Then I said how long it will be. Half hour. I said ok, go ahead. Wait for another half hour around counter, that lady didn’t shows up. Finally another gentleman ask me the same question which I confirmed half hour ago. He said 5 mins, but it actually depend another 15 mins. I don’t mind wait for longer if it has to be, but they should told me ahead because I assume you guys are professional!

  • Lost a customer forever

    Purchased from this facility nearly 3 years ago. Recently, two of their sales people called me about trading in my truck for a new truck. I went in, found a truck I liked, and when they presented the sales sheet, the process went downhill quickly. They offered me $11,000 below KBB 'fair' condition on my trade-in, which was also $7000 below the KBB instant offer that I was able to get 4 other dealerships to honor (I purchased from one of them). When they showed me why, they showed repairs that needed to be made at FULL retail cost for a customer, not the dealer cost (new tires, windshield, and minor paint touch-ups @ $4500 in repairs on a F-150 XLT). They then showed me how they comped my truck, but they did not show trucks with similar features/packages to deflate the value. They did not show a nearly identical truck that they sold on Craigslist for $14000 above their trade-in offer. On top of that, they were $2000 higher on the selling side versus what was listed on line. They were trying to squeeze me from both ends. I don't understand the logic in calling up your existing customers to try to rip them off to make a quick buck. I've never had a dealership blatantly try to screw me like this one did. I'm very disappointed in the experience, and had I known, I never would have wasted 3 precious weekend hours away from my family. It'll be hard for me to consider ANY AutoNation in the future after this experience.
