Worst Service - does not even deserve one star

onEvery employee we dealt with was rude, terrible attitude, gave inaccurate information (more than once) and "Hawk" who is supposedly the manager was extremely disrespectful, absolutely no customer service skills, lied and did nothing to try and rectify the situation nor did he feel the need to apologize.
