    Went in for a noise and the 90k service and came out with over $1000 bill and still have noise. Was offered 3 Pre listed options which did not need

    Scheduled a 10,000 mile service online. Check in was fast and the service advisor very friendly. I chose to wait and the vehicle was completed in just over an hour, ahead of the estimated time. Vehicle had been washed. Very pleasant surprise. I will use their service again in the future.

  • Disappointed

    Work preformed on my Ford 150 Platinum was covered under warranty subject to a $100 deductible. However, the dealer attempted to charge for diagnosing plus other fees totaling almost $200. They finally charged the $100 deductible only after I told them I had already checked with Ford Warranty and was ready to contact them again to substantiate my claim.

  • Worst Service - does not even deserve one star

    Every employee we dealt with was rude, terrible attitude, gave inaccurate information (more than once) and "Hawk" who is supposedly the manager was extremely disrespectful, absolutely no customer service skills, lied and did nothing to try and rectify the situation nor did he feel the need to apologize.

    Went in for recalls on my car, the service was fast even got transportation to bring me home since I had to leave the car they also picked me back up when it was ready, the lady that was helping was very nice and explained everything that was gonna happen, overall great customer service

    I had a GREAT serv advisor. I came in with a crappy attitude after having dealt with the sales side of autonation Ford. They SUCKED! From salesperson, to finance, to everyone else I dealt with, they SUCKED! What a nice surprise the service dept was. The difference was night an day. Even with my crappy attitude my serv adv was pleasant and professional. He won me over. He had a real can do attitude. I expected to be there for hours. 1/2 hr was all it took. A big part of that was my serv adv as well as the serv dept. Way to go folks! NOTE: This was a warranty repair.

    Had my truck towed and dropped at AutoNation before leaving town thinking my starter was shot. When I returned it ended up being just a loose battery cable and no charge. Appreciate the straight up service and will be back to Auto Nation for future service needs

    i never received a copies of my loan papers, which in my opinion is a problem. i paid for extended warranty but i am concerned if i actually able to get it because i have no idea where that is documented. My name is Leroy Petteway, i purchased an F-150 on February 24th, i love my truck but the financial /loan wasn't complete

    I came in with a flat tire on 2918 F150. Since I have a service contract on my tires, I was curious how this would be handled. Even though they were very busy, they took care of me, in a reasonable amount of time. They treated me well and there were no problems.

    Needed a vehicle. Knew what I wanted. Went in said this one. All that went great! When finance took over it was a nightmare. After waiting about 5-6 hours of being told, “we’re almost ready for you”, I had the experience of dealing with the shadiest individual I’ve dealt with. My car was $15k, I was putting $5k down, and my loan was still for $20k. Without my consent or knowledge they had lumped about $8k in unwanted in house warranty programs. When I asked the guy told me that “we just put those in there for all our customers”. As I read a little closer I see a “*” disclaiming that I myself have opted into all these. Which I had not. So I got a little mad and said I wanted them off. At which point the individual claimed it was the ONLY way the loan would work. So I walked off without the vehicle. Standing in the lot waiting for Uber multiple employees approached my to try and fix the situation. I ended up getting the vehicle with all the extra warranties and all for about an extra $800. So on that note it was a good experience and the car is great. Although I was missing a key which they still have never got to me. Absolutely worst place to deal with. I’d stay away and go to one of the many other dealerships in town.
