Error Messages - Too Expensive

onI brought my 2021 F150 in for several error messages. Turns out it was rodent damage to some wires. Took them 2.5 weeks to tell me that and they wanted $1,100 to fix. I paid the $185 “diagnostic fee” and my neighbor fixed it with a $10 part and an hour and a half. I paid him $100.
