Contacted on a Thursday, went in and purchased on a Saturday and picked it up on Tuesday. Super Easy and Jerome was a helpful and knowable salesman along with Austin for his help with financing.

    Lot of nice changes since my last service visit. Was met at my vehicle when I pulled in, took care of check-in curbside. Was asked multiple times in waiting room if I needed anything, service mgr came to me in waiting room to check out. Very nice improvements!

  • Car come back with issues and no answer back from Ford

    After service for 3 recalls, I got my car back with my backup camera not working, I called the service department several times and left few messages, no answer back and the issue still persist. I will eventually have to drive to Ford again and try to fix the issue face to face.

  • Poor Service experience

    Monday, I took my car in for a warranty repair. The next day they text me that it was ready. I get a ride up there only to find out they thought they were texting someone else, my car was not ready. "We are sorry we will make it up to you". A few days later (friday)I text to check in. The parts will be here in 4 days. Monday i call for a loaner, no one answers the phone in the service dept, text my advisor 3x no response, finally I call later and get someone, ok ya we will get you a car. No one calls me back. Tuesday, I call, my car is in Eric's bay but he is out sick (this has nothing to do with poor eric) so your car is inside but the tech is sick so he can't work on it. I say, are the parts there? Well no... they say. So how does that make sense I ask. I need a loaner. Ok , come get one tomorrow. Ok I will be there at lunch. They then text me Wed before lunch, your car is done. It is in being washed right now. I say ok, I will come after work. Again..."we will make it up to you" I get up there about 530... guess what... we didn't get it washed for you. Surprise... I said just give me my car.. Then they ask me to do the survey and tell me only a 5 is acceptable. If you want the 5, earn the 5. I would give you a 1 today. Terrible...

    This trip for a standard service was a delight. It began with the service tech listening to my needs and curiosity about a noise my vehicle was making. He went for a test drive with me to try and isolate the sound. Pleasant and thoughtful interaction while attempting to diagnose the noise.The truck was washed as a compliment after my standard service and notes were added to the file to address the noise if it becomes a problem.

    Smashing experience. Big difference from about 8 months ago when you couldn't even get an oil change for weeks! New management is really building something here, still chaotic looking but it looks like controlled chaos. My Advisor Obi was great and a pleasure to work with.

  • Disappointed with normally stellar service

    I took my truck in for comprehensive service. Part of that was a state inspection so I could get it registered. They failed to perform the state inspection and I didn't know that until I went to have the truck registered. Hey, sometimes these things happen. I could easily overlook that oversight on their part. But I called them about it *seven* times over four days and they never answered my questions or returned my calls. I finally had to drive to their location to get some answers and get the inspection done.

  • Fleet Vehicle Repairs and Exceptional Customer Service

    I had a recent Recall issue that was not initially repaired by AutoNation Ford Frisco, but by another Ford dealership. I was working with a Service Rep by the name of Lori. In my 25+ years of dealing with a service desk at a dealership, I have never experienced this level of amazing service that Lori provided. Lori took ownership of the immediate problem from another dealership and got my fleet vehicle repaired and back in service. This was not an ordinary issue the could be fixed and we just move forward. This required getting Ford Warranty, Servive Managers, Parts Department and the Repair Manager to get resolved. Lori never went a day without keeping me informed of my vehicle status. The end result was a knowledgable staff member that was completely dedicated to seeing a happy customer got my vehicle repaired in a timely manner and AutoNation Ford Frisco will have a return customer not reluctant to bring their fleet vehicvles in for repairs. A++ service from Lori and her team. A big "Thanks" to Kevin in parts as well. Kevin played a big role in assisting the process and I am grateful for the help. If you want it done right, askk for Lori at the AutoNation Ford Frisco service desk. Thanks

    We were satisfied with the quality of work and speed of execution. The only negative is that during the diagnostics they did not find a broken light bulb in the headlight, although we spoke to the manager about this when registering the car for service.

    We stopped in to look at trucks while we were on vacation and ended up buying one and driving it home. We were happy with our salesperson. They went above and beyond to make sure we were getting the best deal possible. We joked that no one would believe a couple from Kansas bought a truck in Texas from a salesman from Long Island.

    No Follow up what so ever. Promises not kept. no returned phone calls. This place is a joke of a business and I am shocked any customer would ever return. Customer Service is nonexistent.
