Service experience was good

The job was completed as planned and recommended a few other services but I couldn’t leave it since I needed the vehicle. I’m planning to go back and do the recommended… work. Keyless in Dallas

Smooth Bronco Purchase

I really didn't start the day thinking I was buying a Bronco. This one came available after I check on another on… Saturday with Sam. Break work (or lack there of)
by Donothave1 on 02/10/2023I would provide you with negative stars. But that is not on option. I brought my car in in early October for a transmission bearing recall and was notified that some of my brake pads were in the yellow. I made an appointment for brake… work in December. I dropped my car off at around 7:30. I received a call my from my service advisor (Madelyn Suarez) around noon. She said that my brakes were fine and I needed a 60,000 mile transmission flush. My car has 80,000 miles and AutoNation Frisco has performed the routine service. I asked her to reconcile why I needed brake work in October and not in December. She said she would check. I called her back three times after 4:30 that afternoon to get a status. Got her voicemail. She finally left me an email at 6:45 saying my car was ready. No explanation on the brakes. I asked her about the brakes and why it took her so long to respond. Her answer was that they were overbooked and understaffed. I collected my car the next morning and asked about my breaks and the transmission flush. No answer on the brakes and she said some fat fingered the milage and it was listed at 60,000. If I am getting a transmission bearing replacement wouldn't someone look at the fluid or confirm the milage? I asked to speak to Madelyn's supervisor. The service manager (Nick Nicholson) was summoned. He had no answer on my brakes except "we rely on the technicians". No answer on the transmission flush. Overbooked and understaffed is not a customer service oriented response or practice. This issue has been getting progressively worse over the past six months to a year. While you dealership is within walking distance of my home, I am looking into other dealer alternatives because I have lost faith in the creditability of your service.Hi, we are deeply disappointed by your experience at AutoNation Ford Frisco. Poor Transmission Service and Customer Service
by SoCalMan on 01/31/2023I have been with AutoNation Ford Frisco as a customer for over 3 years. I have had good experiences with the Service Desk and quick services. However, this all changed once my transmission failed. I had it towed to AutoNation For Frisco… back in December of 2022. I was told that they would look at my car in 4-6 weeks for a diagnosis and to begin the process. This did not happen. I had no communication with the Service desk because I was booked for Service Desk employees that quit and the dealership forgot about me. I finally got a Service Desk employee, but communication has been bleak to nonexistent. I even had to go out of my way twice to walk over to the dealership in the cold to ask for the status of my car. I got help from the GM and another Service Desk employee. After the 4-6 weeks of waiting for a diagnosis, I was told that it would be another 4-6 weeks because of low Service Desk staff and only having one transmission technician. These were the same reasons or excuses they were giving me in the past. I had lost my patience with them. I even thought of committing suicide and called the Suicide Prevention Hotline because I am alone with no car. I cannot do my daily functions in life without a mode of transportation. The Service Desk employees have told me that there are 6 other cars in front of me for transmission problems. Some of them have been waiting since November for their cars. Just imagine how they are doing, feeling, what their mental health is right now, or their emotional state. These employees say they care about their customers, but they really don't; all they care about is taking your money. This is why I am leaving this poor review for you because of your lack of customer care and lack of service. These problems can be solved by hiring 3 or more Service Desk employees and hiring 1-2 more transmission technicians if things are backed up as badly as they are. But, if these solutions are implemented, the AutoNation Ford Frisco has lost all of my trust and I will never EVER go back to them again!!Don't Waste Your Time

On the other hand, I put down 20k cash and today, the truck starting misfiring very bad along with a check engine light after. They are… telling me I can't get an appointment for 3 weeks! 2019 Ford Escape

Bad

Oil change and a new scratch

Almost 5 Hour Oil Change

Car serviced

Poor customer service/false advertising
by Jon B on 01/11/2023Quite possibility the worst customer experience I have ever had. My salesman was trying to help me and 3 others at the same time. It took so long I had to ask the finance manager and the assistant sales manager to find my folder so that I… could complete the sale. I was not informed the pre-inspection had not occurred, nor was I given a timeline. I waited over a week for a truck I paid for and received poor/no communication. Within a week I was back at another AutoNation addressing another issue with the vehicle. I was also charged a different price for the warranty than what I was quoted. after going to another AutoNation, I was referred to the GM who put in contact with the acting GM who addressed some of the issues.Hi Jon, we are deeply disappointed by your experience at AutoNation Ford Frisco. Not a very good experience

Buyer Beware
by Rodney B on 01/05/2023Terrible customer service. Auto Nation is quick to sell you a car, but not so quick to make the repairs. The Nissan Altima I bought from the Frisco Auto Nation was in the repair shop 3 of the first 4 weeks I had the car. The AC didn't work,… the shocks needed replacing, and the engine mount was not secure and rattled. I have to get the local media involved to resolve my issues.AutoNation Frisco makes it happen

The transaction was low pressure and they made themselves readily available to answer questions. They were in my corner… throughout and continue to reach out in case I have questions about my plugin hybrid (which I really enjoy). Michael Krantz did a great job managing the details for us.
