Dealership Service Review
I had a recent Recall issue that was not initially repaired by AutoNation Ford Frisco, but by another Ford dealership. I was working with a Service Rep by the name of Lori. In my 25+ years of dealing with a service desk at a dealership, I have never experienced this level of amazing service that Lori provided. Lori took ownership of the immediate problem from another dealership and got my fleet vehicle repaired and back in service. This was not an ordinary issue the could be fixed and we just move forward. This required getting Ford Warranty, Servive Managers, Parts Department and the Repair Manager to get resolved. Lori never went a day without keeping me informed of my vehicle status. The end result was a knowledgable staff member that was completely dedicated to seeing a happy customer got my vehicle repaired in a timely manner and AutoNation Ford Frisco will have a return customer not reluctant to bring their fleet vehicvles in for repairs. A++ service from Lori and her team. A big "Thanks" to Kevin in parts as well. Kevin played a big role in assisting the process and I am grateful for the help.
