Dealership Service Review
Monday, I took my car in for a warranty repair. The next day they text me that it was ready. I get a ride up there only to find out they thought they were texting someone else, my car was not ready. "We are sorry we will make it up to you". A few days later (friday)I text to check in. The parts will be here in 4 days. Monday i call for a loaner, no one answers the phone in the service dept, text my advisor 3x no response, finally I call later and get someone, ok ya we will get you a car. No one calls me back. Tuesday, I call, my car is in Eric's bay but he is out sick (this has nothing to do with poor eric) so your car is inside but the tech is sick so he can't work on it. I say, are the parts there? Well no... they say. So how does that make sense I ask. I need a loaner. Ok , come get one tomorrow. Ok I will be there at lunch. They then text me Wed before lunch, your car is done. It is in being washed right now. I say ok, I will come after work. Again..."we will make it up to you" I get up there about 530... guess what... we didn't get it washed for you. Surprise... I said just give me my car.. Then they ask me to do the survey and tell me only a 5 is acceptable. If you want the 5, earn the 5. I would give you a 1 today. Terrible...
