    Very easy and seamless, called for an appointment that morning in and out within 1 hour ...I think the price a little high for the services rendered

    I always prefer to have my vehicle serviced at the AutoNation dealership off of Bryant Irvin Road, because they have ALWAYS been welcoming regardless if they have been busy or not, and although I live closer to the dealership off Campus… Drive, where I have felt turned away numerous times, and customer service poor, I MUCH RATHER drive further to have my vehicle serviced. Unfortunately, I can't remember the gentleman's name, that approached me at my vehicle to offer service, but he kept me informed about what was going on, and what other services my vehicle needs, without being so "pushy" in me actually getting things done right then. He was friendly and did NOT make me feel uncomfortable in pulling up to get a simple oil change. A free car wash was also offered. The wait time could be lengthy, depending on what time you get there, and if there are multiple people ahead of you, but it's understandable.

    Just purchased an F-150 Ford truck from Autonation Ford in Fort Worth. Probably the best and easiest auto purchase I've experienced in over 50 years of buying cars. Highly knowledgeable and friendly sales and finance staff, and, once I… made my decision, the paperwork and delivery process was incredibly smooth and fast. I'd give this dealership my highest rating.

    Yesterday, Ford AutoNation, Bryant Irving Road provided a service and oil change on my 2013 Ford Transit Connect. They also sold me a pair of tires, at a good price!

    Went online to schedule an appointment and print off a coupon for synthetic oil change. Once arrived did not honor coupon printed from their website and changed the price from $40 to almost $75 dollars. Should of clarified that on website/… or receipt because it was very misleading and deceptive.

    Upon arrival at 730 Thursday I was met by Pacer. He seemed nice and understood my problem. He said they would check it out and call me. I took the shuttle home. It was with a very nice man and good experience. At 13:30 I had not heard… anything, so I called. There was no answer and it went to voicemail. I left a message. At 15:30 I called again and same results. At 17:30 i drove up there and found Pacer. He said "Since you’re a new customer, I need to tell you how this works here" He explained how they only had 4 Mazda techs and sometime it takes a while. Pacer then told me that it would be almost $2000 to fix my car. He said that they were going to replace my entire coolant system. Radiator, reservoir, thermostat etc. When I protested, he said that they really just didn't know where the leak was and this was the way to fix it for sure. They did know that the reservoir was cracked. I said to replace that then reevaluate. He agreed and low and behold that was the only problem. Mechanics already have a bad reputation for ripping people off and this didn't help. If this was my wife or some little old lady they would just trust Pacer and tell him to fix it. He would happily take their money and throw the good radiator in the trash and put $2000 in the cash register. We are new in town and were happy that there was a Ford and Mazda dealership together. I have always driven a Ford and my wife has the Mazda MX5. I am very disappointed in the treatment we received, who know how many other people just said, “Ok, Just fix the problem”. On a bright note, there was a Hispanic man there that was very helpful and was working very hard.

    Finally getting back to the "good old days" where you could call a salesman that had been recommended by a friend, talk about your requirements, get a quote, get a quote from Ford Motor Credit, wait for a call to pick up truck and sign… papers! Love the low key salesman, Manny. I happen to be female and have been buying vehicles for my business for over 40 years so I know what car salesmen overall are like. However, this was an overall great experience!

    #1 Had an appt at 745am. Confirmed with service adviser my appt was for $39.99 oil change/tire rotation promo that was listed online and state inspection. Adviser stated I needed a printed coupon. I told him when I set my appointment, I had… made this clear to the care rep who took my appt my service needs & confirmed prices (coupon). I was not told by care rep that I needed to print online coupon. Service adviser then said he had 1 left at his desk & would use that one for my truck. His demeanor was that he was not happy that he had to use his coupon from his desk. Proceeded with my appt. 2nd- The service agent never kept me inform on the status of my vehicle. Almost 2 hours passed before he came in to tell me I needed one $30.00 break light replaced before I can get the truck inspected. So therefore... with him stating this, just told me I had been waiting 2 hours and my truck still had not even been inspected yet??!!! I gave him the ok to replace the light bulb. I never saw him again or heard an update. I saw several customers who arrived after me, leave before me and their service technicians were keeping them informed on their vehicle status. After going on 3 hours, I alerted the service manager of the horrible customer service I was receiving. His answer to this was since it was the end of the month there was a lot of inspections being done. I reiterated to the manager, that I had an appointment set at 7:45am, therefore my vehicle should have come before any walk ins. The manager stated he agreed and would check the status of my truck. He came back and said they were still inspecting it. He said I had requested for my truck to be washed, was that still something I wanted to get done because it would take a bit longer??? At this point I'm livid. I advised the manager that I had already been waiting 3 hours for a schedule oil change and state inspection, what was 20 more minutes for a car wash. I received the worst customer service ever!! My experience just showed me that the ford technicians in the back were not doing their job, because it does not take 3 hours to perform a state inspection and oil change/tire rotation for an appointment that was made days in advance. The service advisor did not take the time to keep me inform on the status of my truck nor did he even know the status of my truck, until the manager went to the back to check on it. I have been a customer with "YOUR" dealership for over 15 years. Never have I experienced service this horrible. Pathetic customer service and very disappointed.

    We went to autonation not knowing what to expect. We got lucky enough to work with Deserae, she was the best. She didn't pressure to buy she did everything she could to find us the perfect car and she did. She is super friendly and… welcoming if I buy another car in the future I will definitely be returning.

    Service from AutoNations Ford-Mazda in Fort Worth is top of the line. I took my Explorer in for an oil change, and they did a super job! Also did the multi point check. Will continue to use this service.

    Fantastic experience. Worked with Christine H. via email and had she transferred the vehicle I wanted from another Autonation location to her location, had all the negotiating and financing in place in about 2 days before I even set foot in… her office. Day of delivery was the absolute best car buying experience. Met with Christine, she patiently waited for me to do a once over of my new car and then sent me off to Gary A. in Finance. He is equally fantastic. Very smooth and no pressure. I am very happy with my new Focus ST, thanks to the wonderful people at Autonation Ford.
