Fantastic experience. Worked with Christine H. via email and had she transferred the vehicle I wanted from another Autonation location to her location, had all the negotiating and financing in place in about 2 days before I even set foot in her office. Day of delivery was the absolute best car buying experience. Met with Christine, she patiently waited for me to do a once over of my new car and then sent me off to Gary A. in Finance. He is equally fantastic. Very smooth and no pressure. I am very happy with my new Focus ST, thanks to the wonderful people at Autonation Ford.
