#1 Had an appt at 745am. Confirmed with service adviser my appt was for $39.99 oil change/tire rotation promo that was listed online and state inspection. Adviser stated I needed a printed coupon. I told him when I set my appointment, I had made this clear to the care rep who took my appt my service needs & confirmed prices (coupon). I was not told by care rep that I needed to print online coupon. Service adviser then said he had 1 left at his desk & would use that one for my truck. His demeanor was that he was not happy that he had to use his coupon from his desk. Proceeded with my appt. 2nd- The service agent never kept me inform on the status of my vehicle. Almost 2 hours passed before he came in to tell me I needed one $30.00 break light replaced before I can get the truck inspected. So therefore... with him stating this, just told me I had been waiting 2 hours and my truck still had not even been inspected yet??!!! I gave him the ok to replace the light bulb. I never saw him again or heard an update. I saw several customers who arrived after me, leave before me and their service technicians were keeping them informed on their vehicle status. After going on 3 hours, I alerted the service manager of the horrible customer service I was receiving. His answer to this was since it was the end of the month there was a lot of inspections being done. I reiterated to the manager, that I had an appointment set at 7:45am, therefore my vehicle should have come before any walk ins. The manager stated he agreed and would check the status of my truck. He came back and said they were still inspecting it. He said I had requested for my truck to be washed, was that still something I wanted to get done because it would take a bit longer??? At this point I'm livid. I advised the manager that I had already been waiting 3 hours for a schedule oil change and state inspection, what was 20 more minutes for a car wash. I received the worst customer service ever!! My experience just showed me that the ford technicians in the back were not doing their job, because it does not take 3 hours to perform a state inspection and oil change/tire rotation for an appointment that was made days in advance. The service advisor did not take the time to keep me inform on the status of my truck nor did he even know the status of my truck, until the manager went to the back to check on it. I have been a customer with "YOUR" dealership for over 15 years. Never have I experienced service this horrible. Pathetic customer service and very disappointed.
