AutoNation Ford Fort Worth

I always prefer to have my vehicle serviced at the AutoNation dealership off of Bryant Irvin Road, because they have ALWAYS been welcoming regardless if they have been busy or not, and although I live closer to the dealership off Campus Drive, where I have felt turned away numerous times, and customer service poor, I MUCH RATHER drive further to have my vehicle serviced. Unfortunately, I can't remember the gentleman's name, that approached me at my vehicle to offer service, but he kept me informed about what was going on, and what other services my vehicle needs, without being so "pushy" in me actually getting things done right then. He was friendly and did NOT make me feel uncomfortable in pulling up to get a simple oil change. A free car wash was also offered. The wait time could be lengthy, depending on what time you get there, and if there are multiple people ahead of you, but it's understandable.
