Overall had an excellent sales guy Chris who went above and beyond. Wasn’t extremely happy with financing J.M. they could have explained better and not pushed on warranties and extended things I really didn’t need or want or understand and when I asked to explain he kind of was a little shady and wouldn’t take the time out to explain himself better on what he was trying to up-sale on my new vehicle. But after I had time to go home and rethink of what all he had pressured me into getting that was not really what I needed or what we wanted in the first place I had the chance to come back and change somethings and get what I felt was explained more in detail and not pushed and pressured on me the first go around. He also had not completed all my paperwork/ contract the first time I was there and was sending me blank ( not filled out ) emails wanting me to sign them which I refused because who knows what I could be signing if the blankets were empty !! But overall the dealership did make up for the weak areas when I did have concerns on the uncomfortable matter.
