Worst service I have ever experienced in my life

I arrived with credit pre-approved by my bank and with a check in hand with an interest rate of 7.15%. Due to the dealership's fault, my bank did not accept financing… for the vehicle that had problems with the document. As a solution, they offered me financing for the vehicle at a rate of 16%. Above and beyond

And as far as costs go, she found programs that MINI offered that saved us money. Our car is 7 years old and I e. Ever had anyone try to ace… us money line Jessica did. That, as well as her transparency was very much appreciated!! by MrBusaa on 09/04/2023I’m a disabled Army veteran and living in Louisiana and I called Mini of the Woodlands, Texas to schedule a transmission service for my Mini because they are the closest Mini dealership to me. The person I spoke with set my appointment for… Thursday at 10am. Then I booked my hotel for Wednesday - Sunday. I dropped my car off at 10am and spoke to Jessica the service representative and told her that the first priority was the transmission. She called me at nearly 6pm and started talking about the subframe, and the lower control arms, the water pump pulley and the serpentine belt. I stopped her and asked about the transmission and she said they hadn’t gotten to it yet. This kinda freaked me out and so first thing the next morning, when they opened at 9am, I called to speak with a supervisor. Kayla told me that they didn’t even have any transmission oil and it was on back order! So they couldn’t even do the service that they scheduled my appointment for! WTF! After wasting my time, they charged me nearly $1400 for the pulley, the belt and other stuff that I didn’t even ask for! Plus, I had to drive away from there with the potential of doing more damage to my transmission because of their incompetence! Needless to say, I don’t recommend this dealership and I will make sure to tell people to avoid them and their unprofessional attitude!Hi, we regret to hear that you had a negative experience with us, but would appreciate the chance to turn your experience around. Performed warranty work on passenger side mirror that was making a noise.

Brought in the vehicle to get diagnosed and the technician seemed to have fixed the noise the mirror was making when it was folded in and out, but wanted to check it the next day to make sure it was. It started… making the noise again, so they replaced the motor inside and other necessary components. I was also needing my tires rotated and they took care of that at the same time. It only took 3 days to complete everything.We are pleased to hear you had such a positive experience with us!

Nathan Smith was extremely helpful and before I new it I was driving home a 2024 All4 JCW MINI Cooper S Countryman and only paying 5 dollars… more a month. I couldn't be happier with how it all turned out! The JCW Rocks and I have gotten good compliments on how awesome it looks!Hello, we are very happy we could provide you with a positive experience! Woodland mini

Just after Steven the finances guy was clearly upset we didn’t buy a warranty package. All in all a friendly staff… I got a great car Jose was a good salesman. by BDUBYA2 on 04/13/2023Expericence wasn't bad until after signing, I noticed the bug guard had been removed from the truck, brought this to the attention of my sales guy (Which was a really cool dude) He said that it will be looked in to. The following week I… recieved a text from him stating the service manager removed it due to it causing the hood ajar sensor to be activated, That's total BS I beleive that's what he was told, But I also beleive someone wanted it for their personal vehicle and removed it I told him that the guard was on the truck when I looked at it originally, and now its been removed Once I signed the papers, that technically now belonged to me along with the rest of the truck 3 weeks now, and still now solid answer, no compensation for the hood guard and no replacement Will not recommend dealing with this dealershipHi, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback.
