oil change

I was asked if I wanted the outside of my car washed and I said yes. Great Experience as a New Customer
by LASouthern on 01/12/2023As a new to the area and new to Mini Cooper of The Woodlands I could not be happier with my experience. My service writer, Selene Caballero was nothing short of professional, responsive, knowledgeable and great to work with. I am unaware… of the Technician that performed the work, but I do now that I received my car back running like it did when it was new in 2012 and I drove it off the showroom floor. I was prepared to have the car at this dealership for at least a week. I was amazed when it was done and ready to go within 1-1/2 to 2 days. Considering the amount of work that was needed, this was exceptionally fast and very appreciated. I will inquire as to the possibility of dealing with both professionals when I need oil changes, service etc.Hi, thank you for your positive review. We're happy to have been of service to you. Flexible and help you save time and money

Paloma helped me figure out the lowest possible price to get the maintenance done on my mini which was super helpful (I’m a… student) They also lent me a loaner while my car was being worked on so I didn’t spend the whole day at the dealership. by Philip H on 12/16/2022My wife and I purchased two used Minis during our visit. Overall we were happy with our salesman and staff. The dealership was clean and atmosphere pleasant. My only complaint and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was that I was not… informed before signing paperwork that my car (the 2021) only came with one fob/key and that I would have to come out of pocket for a second. Had I known prior to signing paperwork, I would've made that part of the deal and a possible "we owe" from the dealer. I did not find out until I was handed the key to drive it home after a very long visit. I don't think anyone was intentionally dishonest, but finding out I am on the hook for another $600 right off the bat if I want a second fob/key is quite a surprise. I reached out to my salesman about trying to get the second key from the previous owner. He said he would try, but if that didn't work, he could get me a new key at cost. That was a week ago and I haven't yet heard anything back about a path forward.Hi Philip, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. Update: I spoke with the sales manager a couple of days ago. He said that because my car was CPO, it should've come with two keys/fobs, so I set an appointment to come in next Wednesday to have a new set cut and programmed. Thank you for the response Rose.
Fixed the issue BUT.....

They did accurately diagnose and fix the issue but along the way tried to charge me an extra $185 just to register my battery on a NON-IBS car which was totally unnecessary… and has zero effect on the vehicle....not nice or ethical to try and take advantage of a customer.Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us.
