Dealership Sales Review
Expericence wasn't bad until after signing, I noticed the bug guard had been removed from the truck, brought this to the attention of my sales guy (Which was a really cool dude) He said that it will be looked in to. The following week I recieved a text from him stating the service manager removed it due to it causing the hood ajar sensor to be activated, That's total BS I beleive that's what he was told, But I also beleive someone wanted it for their personal vehicle and removed it I told him that the guard was on the truck when I looked at it originally, and now its been removed Once I signed the papers, that technically now belonged to me along with the rest of the truck 3 weeks now, and still now solid answer, no compensation for the hood guard and no replacement Will not recommend dealing with this dealership
