Worst service I have ever experienced in my life

Worst service I have ever experienced in my life when purchasing a car. I arrived with credit pre-approved by my bank and with a check in hand with an interest rate of 7.15%. Due to the dealership's fault, my bank did not accept financing for the vehicle that had problems with the document. As a solution, they offered me financing for the vehicle at a rate of 16%. Terrible attendance.
