  • Pleasant , long & unsure

    The people were extremely friendly however I don't feel like everything, I asked about, was addressed. I was told that is was normal for my brakes to squeak like they are! This will be my only car that does this and I don't think it's normal! It also took forever to get the oil changed. Other than that, the experience was pleasant!

    My car broke down due to a recall. I had my car towed to Auto Nation Ford Burleson on Tuesday with an appointment scheduled for Thursday morning. Kipp contacted me as soon as my car arrived to the dealership on Tuesday, had my car diagnosed by Wednesday afternoon and my car was ready to go by end of day Thursday. It was such a quick and easy process and Kipp kept me up to speed the entire time. Also, my car was pretty dirty upon arrival to the dealership and it was clean and shiny upon pickup.

    I only deal with the service people. They were friendly and very willing to help I I did not have an appointment because I got up to a dead battery. They replaced. My battery explained my options and I was out of there in no time.

    Craig at Auto Nation Burleson did a great job of helping me find my 4runner in such short time. In less than 24 hours I found the car I wanted, met with Craig, test drove and was back the next day to trade in my Jeep Cherokee for the 4runner. I did not have the same experience at the Toyota Dealership. The staff at Autonation were all great! If I'm in the market again to buy another vehicle I'll be going back to Craig!

    First oil change on the new truck. No appointment, it took a few hours but they got it done! Service representative Douglas communicated excellently. I was happy not to be turned away or told to make an appointment.

  • Forgotten

    I had an 8am appointment for an oil change and State inspection, for which I was on time. I was waiting in the waiting room. After having waited for several hours, I checked with the service manager working my truck. Come to find out, I was apparently lost in the shuffle. I didn’t get my truck out until 4:30pm! This makes two or three times now that I’ve been “lost in the shuffle”.

    Not happy with my experience. Never felt as if I were important to the salesman. Felt like the he lied to me about several things. Not a fan at all. Will jot shop there again.

  • Oil change and tire rotation

    This location was down hill for many years but I recently went in there and got my oil change and tires rotated and everything went smooth. When I would go there in the past few years it would take about 8 hours to just do a oil change with a schedule time to drop it off. Now it was max 2 hours but this time they washed the outside of the vehicle and shined the tires so it felt great leaving this burleson ford location. I would recommend this auto nation to anyone since they have turned things around.

    I saw a recall notice in my email, contacted my local Ford service department and dropped by. I waited on-site with my German Shepherd and left. I noticed that after the service, a noticeable tapping sound during idle times has now disappeared.
