by Trustworthy service on 06/29/2021David provided the best service and was so helpful. I purchased a used Jeep Compass via Carvana and was having what sounded like transmission problems. During the drive he explained it was the CVT system (I’m not used to driving a 4… cylinder yet) and the difficulty with the screen and it blanking out was actually an Over The Air signal update. David found that my two week old car was still listed under the previous owner (the dealership in Houston apparently drag their feet with paperwork as much as they did with a cash customer) and he was able to get it transferred online and I was able to purchase an extended warranty. I’m thankful for David’s assistance and confident that if I do ever have a problem with my vehicle, that I will get great service from the service department.ABS Brake System Repair

by Walter on 06/25/2021Brought keep in for oil change and tire rotation service. Not sure who the advisor was but it’s not the guy I talked to. No walk around. Did not pod the vehicle. Did not perform the tire rotation services. Just the oil change. Staff was… friendly but had no idea what was going on. Almost 1 hours sitting there and did not do the job. I signed nothing. Would love to have the GM call me. But they are probably to busy.It wasn’t good and it wasn’t bad
by Royale Curtis on 06/24/2021I do like how quick they get you in and out ! The service guys are really nice and they explain everything to you , BUT everything is HIGH! I needed two new tires ! I have a 2020 jeep that I got from them .. and just for the two tires is… 130 a piece ! That’s not even the labor ! Or the parts ! Or the balancing ! I think the total was 400+ yeaaah no thank you ! That’s not even warranty or anything! I wanted to talk to a sales person about trading my car in and nobody came to talk to me .. which the nice lady told me this is the perfect time to trade the car in ! I saw her when she walked up to the salesman and told him I wanted to trade it in .. nobody came to talk to me .. do I recommend?? Umm tbh I don’t know ! I’m stuck with them for another five years 😂 but after I pay my jeep off I will be going to Nissan with Justin who sold me my jeep ! So I would say go to Nissan where you’ll get a better deal !!Honest and Efficient; Customer service outstanding
by C Herbert on 06/24/2021I took my jeep in to have the water pump replaced. Riz treated me like we were personal friends. He valued my urgency to get the repair done and gave me top notch service. I realized while the repair was being done that I had left… something extremely valuable in the car and was very anxious to get it back. When my repair was ready, I checked for the item and it was still right there in the door. I didn’t feel like anyone had rifled through my things or taken anything. It was right there where I left it! My repair was done quickly and when I arrived, my jeep was pulled up and ready to go immediately. Excellent service! If I ever need anything again, Lithia and specifically Riz, will be my first call! 😀Great experience

by JenniferP on 06/23/2021I had visited a dealership in Georgetown just to get educated on what types of trucks were in the luxury category and was not treated well at first having driven up in my son’s late model car. I am not sure they thought I was serious about… buying. I then visited John at Lithia in College Station armed with what I had learned in that I wanted a Longhorn. I was used to buying used to get better pricing but with the crazy COVID economy didn’t expect much and knew I might have to buy new. To my surprise John found me a great deal on a 2021 demo, brought the price down several thousand dollars from MSRP …wo crazy covid pricing with all the safety and luxury features I was looking for. PS… I pretended to have no money, have a basic income and a really old trade in and all up until I started signing paperwork John treated me with the same respect as he did when i decided to pay cash and trade in our BMW 650. It’s hard to find people who will treat me the same when with both scenarios. I hope John sticks around for a long time. I will be back.Communication breakdown!

However, we miscommunicated on when I could pick up my vehicle and ended up making a blank trip to the dealership at the expense of my daughter's lunch time(… she drove me there).Great experience

After my family got time to pay attention to it, we noted the one light that went through service is still not bright. How can you imagine your car can be… returned to you without being well repaired and checked!!!2021 RAM 2500 Tradesman
