I took my jeep in to have the water pump replaced. Riz treated me like we were personal friends. He valued my urgency to get the repair done and gave me top notch service. I realized while the repair was being done that I had left something extremely valuable in the car and was very anxious to get it back. When my repair was ready, I checked for the item and it was still right there in the door. I didn’t feel like anyone had rifled through my things or taken anything. It was right there where I left it! My repair was done quickly and when I arrived, my jeep was pulled up and ready to go immediately. Excellent service! If I ever need anything again, Lithia and specifically Riz, will be my first call! 😀
