    I recently had a malfunction while drying from TX to LA. BMW Beaumont was my nearest service center and my car limped to them. They instantly took us in, calmed me down, arranged for the car to be seen quickly. Their courtesy driver Mark… drove us to a rental place and when they didn’t have any cars (after promising they did), he drove us to another nearby town to pick up a car. We then returned and loaded all of our heavy cargo and continued on. They kept us informed of the repair details, offered to further assist us even though we are not regulars and just passing through. I could not have been more impressed. They were a bright light on a very dark day.

  • Bad customer experience

    Car I bough from them has issues just a few weeks after purchased (before the 30 day cut off) they wouldn’t fix the problem or the car and the only solution offered was to trade it in, so I decided to accept because I was very unhappy with… my purchase just to find out they wouldn’t take the car I just purchased for the same price, but almost $6k below of what I just paid for it. Unbelievable response and customer service from a high end brand

  • Thought I needed an oil change

    I originally made an appt because I thought it was close enough for an oil change, but it wasn’t. While there, I asked them to check my tires because they’d been losing pressure & I could hear a ticking. Sure enough, 3 of them had… nails/screws in them. Taylor S. always takes great care of me!

    Recently went in for a diagnostic after I paid. They gave me no print out of what was wrong with my car. Just gave an estimate of what they think it may cost.
