Stuck on Interstate 10 East

Once I explained that my car broke down on busy Interstate 10 East driving from San Antonio to Alabama, she assured me that they would fit… me in. After being towed to the dealership, Donna and Taylor made us feel welcomed, and were so accommodating. Taylor kept me updated on the process in a timely matter and stayed later than the 4pm closing time. He even explained how I could browse the dealership in case I wanted to trade my car in for a newer one:) Everything about the service was exceptional. He was patient and listened to me as a not just a sell but as someone who was… interested in my thoughts and opinions. The whole experience was comfortable from being straightforward to exiting the door with me knowing and understanding every function of my new SUV. This is my 5th BMW and stay with BMW because of the service - the cars are great but you won't find service like BMW anywhere… else. Higher set of standards. I'm at college across the country away from home so I don't have my parents to help me with my car… troubles. This dealership has constantly kind people who make me feel at home and not uncomfortable in the slightest. The interior of the dealership is kept very clean and nice. There are drinks and snacks for you to have while you wait. They also do many things complimentary to any work that you have done. Washing and cleaning your car is one of them, which is something that I appreciate greatly. It's nice to have somewhere I can depend on while I am away from my family.Thank you Blondii for your kind words!
