BMW of Beaumont

I recently had a malfunction while drying from TX to LA. BMW Beaumont was my nearest service center and my car limped to them. They instantly took us in, calmed me down, arranged for the car to be seen quickly. Their courtesy driver Mark drove us to a rental place and when they didn’t have any cars (after promising they did), he drove us to another nearby town to pick up a car. We then returned and loaded all of our heavy cargo and continued on. They kept us informed of the repair details, offered to further assist us even though we are not regulars and just passing through. I could not have been more impressed. They were a bright light on a very dark day.
