Unlike another local dealer (owned by an equity fund) this dealership actually is happy to do oil changes, warranty repairs, and other less profitable services. Their calendar is "not full for weeks" for services and was so easy to get a… quick appointment for servicing. I was impressed with their use of technology - photo scanning the entire car upon entry, providing a video review and recommendations by the mechanic that included the motor and undercarriage (tires, brakes, etc.). I'm so glad I chose to buy the car (and 3 previous ones) and secure all servicing through First Honda!!

by MegsATX on 04/12/2021Bobby was upfront and clear that it was going to take longer than the time initially quoted and he offered a ride home even though I live on the opposite side of town (which I declined). As usual, I took advantage of the nice coffee bar… while I waited. I was super pleased to see that there was a patio to socially distance on while I drank my coffee. The oil change was completed within 90 minutes and I was notified via text and given a call, which was very appreciated. I had no trouble using my coupon and was very satisfied overall.Thank you

Not only did those under him do an excellent job completing the A-1, but they discovered that the shifter was broken inside of… the shifter box so they had to use needle-nose pliers to remove the small pieces.Great Service As Always

No difference in the atmosphere. Everyone was masked, sanitizing stations were still in… place. Waiting room chairs distanced. They make waiting as comfortable as possible. Service was stellar.Excellent service!
