He gave me wonderful service and took the time to explain my problem and make sure my questions were answered. Not only did those under him do an excellent job completing the A-1, but they discovered that the shifter was broken inside of… the shifter box so they had to use needle-nose pliers to remove the small pieces.Great Service As Always

No difference in the atmosphere. Everyone was masked, sanitizing stations were still in… place. Waiting room chairs distanced. They make waiting as comfortable as possible. Service was stellar.Excellent service!

On this recall I was in and out in minimum… time even though there were a lot of other Honda's needing the same recall addressed. When I called the service department, I was directed to Honda Roadside Service (my car had 10 days to go on its warranty). They got me a tow to the dealership. I got a text from… Chris at 6:30 a.m.; I called him back and explained what had happened. He called me back that afternoon with a diagnosis of what was needed. Some of what was needed was covered by the warranty, some was not. I agreed to having the work done and the car was ready on Tuesday afternoon. Every interaction was helpful, polite and professional, so I was very pleased.
