Fred was top-of-the line as a Service Rep. He immediately notified me that there was a recall on the shifter. Not only did those under him do an excellent job completing the A-1, but they discovered that the shifter was broken inside of the shifter box so they had to use needle-nose pliers to remove the small pieces.
