I have been a customer at First Texas Honda for over 20 years. I keep buying Honda automobiles from them and using their service department because they do an outstanding job in ever respect. On this recall I was in and out in minimum time even though there were a lot of other Honda's needing the same recall addressed. I'm sure they got the same quality attention that I did.
