Unlike another local dealer (owned by an equity fund) this dealership actually is happy to do oil changes, warranty repairs, and other less profitable services. Their calendar is "not full for weeks" for services and was so easy to get a… quick appointment for servicing. I was impressed with their use of technology - photo scanning the entire car upon entry, providing a video review and recommendations by the mechanic that included the motor and undercarriage (tires, brakes, etc.). I'm so glad I chose to buy the car (and 3 previous ones) and secure all servicing through First Honda!!

When I called the service department, I was directed to Honda Roadside Service (my car had 10 days to go on its warranty). They got me a tow to the dealership. I got a text from… Chris at 6:30 a.m.; I called him back and explained what had happened. He called me back that afternoon with a diagnosis of what was needed. Some of what was needed was covered by the warranty, some was not. I agreed to having the work done and the car was ready on Tuesday afternoon. Every interaction was helpful, polite and professional, so I was very pleased.Pleasant experience

As soon as I drove into the service line with my car,a customer service representative approached me and confirmed my… appointment and told me the name of the service representative who would be assisting me. Andre met with me very soon after, checked my vehicle's history so that I would not pay for services I did not need and provided all the information I needed. It was a very good experience.Only place I’ll go for car service.
